How to make
For this appetizing casserole, the potatoes are boiled whole in salted water.
After they are ready, they are strained and peeled.
Cut them into large cubes and pour them into a suitable baking pan, add the boiled chicken fillet, which is cut into pieces, as well as the cleaned, washed and finely chopped field mushrooms.
They are flavored with the listed spices, poured with cooking cream and sprinkled with grated cheese.
Bake the casserole with chicken fillet and new potatoes at 390°F (200°C), until they have nicely browned.
