Ingredients

  • new potatoes - 6 - 7 medium - sized
  • veal mince - 14 oz (400 g)
  • onions - 1 head old or 1 - 2 green onion stalks
  • eggs - 1
  • parsley
  • cumin
  • salt
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • cheese - 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

Boil the potatoes in salted water until fully ready.

In a bowl, put the mince, chopped onions, egg, salt, cumin and parsley.

Next, form meatballs.

Put the butter along the bottom of a tray and start arranging round slices of potatoes. Arrange the meatballs on top, then potato slices between the meatballs.

Put 1-2 tbsp cream on each meatball.
