  • potatoes - about 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • breadcrumbs - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • dry oregano - 1 tsp.
  • garlic powder - about 2 tsp.
  • universal spice - 1 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • cow butter - 1 oz (30 g)
  • beer - 3/4 cup (150 ml)
  • fresh dill - for sprinkling

How to make

For these perfect appetizer potatoes, first of all, clean and wash them and cut them into large cubes.

Put them in a suitable baking tray.

In a bowl, mix the dry spices and add the breadcrumbs.

Pour the beer and olive oil. Stir and pour it over the potatoes. Add the softened butter and stir.

Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until your favorite baked potatoes get a nice golden crust.
