How to cook
Peel the potatoes, zucchini, carrots and onions and cut them into pieces.
Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the finely chopped onions and carrot slices. Once they change their color, add the zucchini and potatoes and mix them with the spices.
Grate the tomatoes and add them to the other vegetables. Add the paprika and add enough water so that it covers the products.
Boil the village-style stew over medium heat until the vegetables are ready.
Serve the stew warm with garlic cloves, parsley and slices of black bread!
