How to make
Wash the potatoes very well and put them in a tray so that there are at most two on top of each other. If they are small new potatoes, they should be whole, but larger ones can be cut in half.
Pour the oil and about a finger of water. Add the dill, parsley, thyme, dried herbs, black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Add the garlic cloves - peeled and split slightly. Stir well.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake at 370°F (185°C) until the potatoes soften. Check them from time to time.
Cut or crumble the blue cheese on top. French creamy with a moldy core is suitable or for example Gorgonzola, which is also creamy, but it should be taken into account that it is stronger in flavor.
Place them back into the oven without the foil to bake the potatoes, until they acquire a delicious crust and so that the cheese melts.
Spread them with parsley pesto with more garlic and serve the warm oven-baked new potatoes.
