Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 1 small head
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • blue cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • white wine - 3 tablespoons, dry
  • olive oil - or oil
  • black pepper

How to make

Heat a little olive oil or oil in a pan on the stove and fry the chopped onions, then add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms. Once softened, add the bacon. Remove the container from the heat and top it up with wine, return it to the heat and stir briefly. Then add the cream and grated blue cheese.

Once everything is homogenized, season it with salt and black pepper. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Arrange a row of potatoes in a greased tray. Cover the top with the mushroom mixture, then another layer of potatoes, mushrooms and potatoes again.

Between the layers, you can sprinkle a little oil or olive oil. Pour in about 2/3 cup (150 ml) of warm water in the tray. Cover the tray with foil and put it to bake in a heated oven at 390°F (200 °C) for 30-40 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake finished to a nice pleasant tan.

Serve a portion of baked potatoes with mushrooms and blue cheese with a little chopped parsley.
