How to make
Clean the mushrooms and chop them in the shape of your choice - flat slices or random pieces.
Heat the butter in a pot and put the mushrooms to saute until ready.
Next, pour in the warm milk, the cream and once it bubbles add the crumbled blue cheese.
Season with salt and black pepper and after 2-3 min. of stirring remove from the stove. Leave it to cool and stir the sauce with the eggs that have been thoroughly whisked beforehand.
Distribute the mixture into bowls for baking and put them to bake in a water bath in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven.
