Wash the new potatoes very well. For this recipe, it is good that they are medium size, not the tiny ones.
Cut them into two or three slices, depending on the thickness.
Place them in a greased baking pan, cut side up, and spread generously with a mixture of soft butter, olive oil, finely chopped dill and salt. Make rhombus shapes on each potato and sprinkle with paprika.
Fry the potatoes until they acquire a nice golden brown color and serve the potatoes warm.
If you want them to be even juicier, you can boil them until they are semi-cooked and then bake them according to the same principle, but for a shorter time, until they become golden.
The appetizing fresh potatoes are ready.
