How to make
Season the turkey meat with liquid honey, black pepper and salt. Leave it for about 1 hour in a cool place.
Seal the turkey meat in a pan on both sides.
Cut the pears into 4, remove the seeds and stalks and fry them briefly in a little olive oil.
Place the products in a baking pan and bake the turkey in a preheated oven until it's fully cooked.
The oven-baked turkey with pears is ready.
