Tenderize the turkey lightly between two sheets of cling wrap. Rub them with salt and pepper and add the milk. Allow to sit for 3 hours, then drain them for half an hour.
Preheat the grill. Mix together the soya sauce, oil, crushed garlic and honey. Using a brush, smear the steaks well on both sides and throw them on the grill, which must not be heated too much.
Grill the turkey steaks on both sides and place the ready ones in a glass cook pot with a lid to smother. Serve them with a vegetable salad.
