How to make
Season the steaks with salt and black pepper. Leave them like this for about half an hour.
In a grill pan, put 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook the turkey steaks on both sides.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the carrots and glaze them for a few minutes (they should not be too soft).
Serve them in a large plate with a salsa of your choice.
