How to make
Tenderize the steaks lightly with a mallet.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey and balsamic vinegar. Stir and add the garlic and spices. Roll the steaks in the mixture well.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave them in the fridge for 1 hour. Take them out of the fridge and arrange them in an oven dish, along with the marinade.
Pour in a little water and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 30-40 min. Serve them with boiled fresh potatoes with butter and fresh vegetables.
