How to make
Tenderize the steaks and season with spices of your choice. Grate the onion and lemon. Distribute them over the steaks. Let them sit at least 1-2 hours in the fridge (the longer the better); optionally, you can prepare them in the morning and cook that evening.
Arrange them in an oven dish with very little oil, along with the marinade, and bake at 430°F (220 °C) for 50 min. Bake for half the time with foil and flip them over for the remaining half, to bake evenly.
Serve garnished with grilled vegetables or green salad.
