How to make
Prepare the marinade by beating the yoghurt, adding the lemon juice, oil, ginger, black pepper and grated nutmeg to it.
Pour the marinade over the steaks and leave them as is for 2 hours. In a suitable, shallow container, arrange the steaks, with their thin part pointing toward the middle.
Cook on top of a cooking grid in the microwave at full power on the grill setting for 7-8 min. Turn them over, smear with the marinade and cook another 7-8 min. Serve with a suitable garnish.
