How to make
Pound the steaks and place them into a shallow baking tray.
Blend the remaining ingredients to create the marinade and pour on top of the steaks.
Cover with cling film and marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Reove the pork steaks from the marinade and cook on a hot cast iron skillet. Serve hot with a side dish of your preference.
