How to make
In a bowl, mix together the mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and salt to taste. Put the steaks in this mixture, stir well and leave the bowl in the fridge for 30 min.
Cut the mushrooms and carrots coarsely.
Take a sauerkraut leaf, put 1 steak on it. Add on some mushrooms and carrots and wrap it up.
Do this for the rest of the ingredients as well. Arrange these wrapped up steaks in an oven dish and pour in a little water.
Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350°F (175 °C). If needed, pour in a little more water.
