  • steaks - 3, deboned pork (cutlets or neck steaks)
  • sauerkraut - leaves
  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 - 3 tsp
  • all purpose spice - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons

How to make

Cut the steaks into rhombus shapes. Season with the spices and leave in the fridge for a few hours.

Then wrap each of the steaks in a sauerkraut leaf. Arrange in a tray and pour on oil and 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) water. Bake at 480°F (250 °C).
