How to make
Cut the meat into suitable pieces. Tenderize them with a wooden mallet. Season with salt and all purpose spice. Sprinkle generously with universal sauce.
Arrange the steaks in a suitable oven dish. Sprinkle them with oil. Add the water and arrange the finely grated, cleaned onions on top.
Bake in a preheated oven. Halfway through baking, turn the steaks over and add the Rosé wine. Finish baking.
Garnish with lemon. The steaks turn out juicy and soft.
