How to make
Season the steaks with salt and spread them with pesto. Sprinkle them with yellow cheese and roll them up.
Insert one toothpick, so that they do not open up during frying.
Clean and chop the mushrooms. Fry them in a pot or pan. Seal the rolls on both sides. Add the mushrooms to them.
Add the wine, cherry tomatoes and spices * - rosemary, marjoram, oregano, thyme and basil. Stir well.
Boil in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Open and add the diluted starch with a little water.
Leave it to boil for 2-3 minutes and turn it off.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
