How to make
Wash the steaks and place them in a bowl with a lid. Make the turkey marinade by mixing the soy sauce, salt (if necessary) and olive oil in a bowl.
Peel the garlic and press it with a garlic press. Put it in the marinade and stir everything.
Pour it over the turkey steaks, pu the lid on and leave them in the fridge overnight.
The turkey steaks, prepared in this way, can be cooked both in a grill pan and on a grill.
