How to make
Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces.
Add salt, black pepper and soy sauce.
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
Cut the vegetables into pieces. They should be neither too small nor too big.
Take out the meat and string it on the wooden skewers, alternating meat, vegetables, meat and so on until the items are used up.
Heat the grill, brush it with an onion and brush it with a little olive oil.
Grill the delicious skewers on both sides until done.
Remove and serve the grilled marinated turkey skewers.
