How to make
Cut the turkey breasts into pieces suitable for skewers. Season with salt and black pepper and pour the soya sauce on them. Add the sesame oil and let the meat marinate at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Clean all the vegetables and cut them into suitable pieces. Mix them in a deep bowl and marinate for 40-60 minutes. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the products for it, until you get a uniform mixture.
Place on the skewers, alternating between vegetables and meat, until you run out of products. Roast the turkey skewers on a medium grill, turning them over constantly.
Optionally, baste with the marinade from the meat from time to time.
