How to make
Rub the turkey meat with salt, pepper and paprika and put it in a big enough tray. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half; if they're too large cut them into quarters, if they're smaller - leave them whole.
Peel the onion and cut it into eight pieces. Peel the garlic. Clean the carrots also and cut them into coarse, equal-sized pieces.
Add the vegetables to the turkey meat and season with rosemary and oil.
Put in the oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 360°F (180 °C). Half an hour after the start of baking, pour the white wine in, then occasionally baste with the sauce.
