  • turkey legs - 4
  • carrots - 4
  • onions - 4
  • parsnip - 1 root
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • celery - 1 head
  • tomatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g) diced
  • black pepper - 1 tsp. grains
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • water - 8 cups (2 L)

How to make

Put the turkey legs in a pressure cooker.

Add all the chopped vegetables, salt, bay leaves, black peppercorns and water.

Close the pot and boil on low heat for about an hour.

The turkey legs are done.

Leave them to cool and serve the turkey legs with vegetables in a pressure cooker with optional side dish.
