Ingredients

  • turkey meat - 7 oz (200 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • celery - 1 stalk
  • potatoes - 1 pc.
  • vermicelli noodles - a handful
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • curry
  • turmeric
  • for the thickener
  • yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • yolk - 1 pc.

How to make

Cut onion and carrot into small pieces and potato into cubes.

Put some fat in a pot and stew them in it. Pour water and add the meat, celery and the spices. Boil over low heat until it is fully cooked.

Take the turkey out of the pot, wait for it to cool and chop it into small pieces. During this time, put the noodles and boil them for 5 minutes.

Make the thickener by placing the yolk, flour and yoghurt in a bowl.

Stir with a wire whisk, by being careful not to form lumps. Put the meat in the soup. Remove it from the heat.

Take a ladle of the broth and pour it in the milk and stir. Add another ladle and stir again.

Pour the thickener into the turkey soup.

Place it back onto the hob, bring the soup to a boil and remove it from the heat.

Serve turkey soup with vegetables hot.
