How to make
Heat the olive oil in a pot and braise the onions. Add the celery and carrot and saute for another 5 min. Add the parsley.
Pour in the wine and boil until half the liquid is absorbed. Add the chopped tomatoes and garlic, cook another 3-4 min. and pour in the hot water.
Bring to a boil once again and cook another 15 min. Add the sliced fish and boil 10-15 min., season with salt and black pepper.
Take the fish out of the soup and mash it. Return it to the soup, stir and serve with bread.
