  • fish - 1.1 lb (500 g) (cleaned fillet)
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • celery - 1/2 head
  • onion - 2 onions
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • vinegar
  • black pepper
  • parsley - 1 stalk

How to make

Cut the fillet and season it with vinegar and salt. Finely chop the carrots, onions and celery and stew them in the fat.

Then pour 4 cups of water over them and bring them to a boil. Mix the flour with 1/2 cup of water and add it to the vegetables.

Once the vegetables have boiled for a few minutes, add the fish and spices. Leave the fish soup on the heated hob for another 5 minutes and sprinkle it with parsley.
