  • peas - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • onion - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • flour - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • bay leaf
  • black pepper grains

How to make

The fish is cleaned and cut into small pieces. Boil for 30 minutes in 1.5 liters of water, add the finely chopped onion, bay leaf and black pepper.
