measures

How to make

Soak 2 full tablespoons of oatmeal in a cup for 10-15 minutes and top them up with filtered water.

Then blend the oatmeal in a blender. Do not strain it, as the healthy bran complements the consistency of the sauce.

In the blender jug add 3 tbsp. of natural raw sesame tahini, 3 tbsp. chickpeas from a jar (strained), 2 tsp. or 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 pinches ground black pepper, 1/3 level top tsp. of cumin, 2 pinches of ground coriander, 1 pinch of garlic powder (optional), 1 pinch of brown cane sugar crystals and 1/3 tsp. Himalayan salt - by taste.

Blend everything for the tahini sauce until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Serve the fresh fragrant tahini sauce with chickpeas and oat milk sprinkled with roasted sunflower seeds, with your favorite falafels, Arabic bread, croquettes, vegetarian patties, herbal sauteed potatoes, etc.

Extremely tasty addition to oriental style dishes.

Wonderfully Tasty!
