How to make
Chop the onion and fry it, until it becomes slightly golden in olive oil (40 ml). Pour the wine and cook for 2 minutes, until the alcohol evaporates.
Pour the starch dissolved well into the chicken broth and stir, until it has slightly thickened.
Leave it on a very low heat and on the other stove put a frying pan, which has been generously greased with olive oil. When well heated, fry the chicken bites, cut into pieces and seasoned with salt and black pepper.
They should be well cooked and golden, but not dry.
When the sauce has thickened, add the mustard and stir for a minute.
Then transfer the sauce to the chicken. You can add a little more broth to thin it out and leave it to simmer with the meat. Add as much salt as you like.
Serve this sumptuous and easy dish - chicken in mustard sauce, with sprigs of fresh or dried thyme.
Enjoy your meal!
