How to make
Peel the avocado and cut it into pieces.
Pour the lemon juice over it and leave it like that for a few seconds.
Peel the garlic and place in the blender jug.
Add the salt, avocado and soy milk.
Blend until a smooth vegan mayonnaise is obtained.
Without stopping the blender, pour the oil in a thin stream until you get a thick mayonnaise.
Close with a lid and leave the vegan avocado mayonnaise in the fridge for a few hours.
