  • water - 15 tbsp.
  • oil - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • lemon juice - from 1 pc.
  • mustard - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Pour soy flour into a pot and add water. Beat it like a pudding.

Put it on the stove and stir constantly, so it doesn't burn, until it thickens.

Once it has thickened, set it aside to cool.

After it cools down, add oil and mix with the mixer.

Then add the lemon juice, salt and mustard to the homemade mayonnaise.

Leave it in the fridge to set and serve the lean mayonnaise as you would serve classic mayonnaise.
