  • soy milk - 1/2 cup
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • avocado oil - 1 tbsp.
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • yeast - 1 tsp. (powder)
  • salt - 1 tsp.

How to make

Before we start making the vegan butter, let me mention that the coconut oil better be odorless. It should be cold pressed but have no coconut smell. If you can't find one, you can use a scented one, but your oil will have that smell too.

The olive oil used for this recipe should also be cold pressed.

The other thing I want to mention is that the avocado oil is optional, but it adds a nice flavor.

If you are not going to use this oil, then instead of 1 tbsp. of olive oil, add 2 tbsp.

So let's start - the coconut oil is liquefied at a low temperature.

During this time, mix the milk, salt and vinegar and leave this mixture aside for about 10 minutes.

Prepare a blender in which you put all the ingredients - milk, melted coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil and yeast.

Blend for 1-2 minutes until everything is well blended together.

The mixture is poured into molds (whatever ones you like) and put them the freezer for a few hours.

This is the recipe - very easy, very quick and delicious vegan butter. The butter is stored in a refrigerator.
