How to make
Heat the water slightly and add the oil, salt, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Stir and gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a smooth dough.
Cover it with foil and leave it for 20 minutes. After that, roll it out on a floured surface and cut out triangles from it.
Put a little jam on each triangle and roll it up into a mini croissant.
Arrange them in a greased pan and bake until they're golden brown.
