How to make
Soak the cashews and sunflower seeds in cold water 4-5 hours.
Take them out of the water and wash them. Put them in the blender along with the olive oil, salt, garlic and dill.
Squeeze the lemon juice out of the lemon into the other ingredients. Blend until you get a homogenous mixture.
If the resulting mixture seems too thick to you, you can dilute it with a little water.
You can use the vegan mayonnaise in salads, sandwiches and appetizers.
