How to make
A very quick and easy homemade vegan mayo recipe with aquafaba, ready in exactly 2 minutes!
Pour the ingredients into the high jug of the blender: 2/5 cup (100 ml) boiled water from a jar or can - Aquafaba, 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, 3 full tablespoons of chickpeas from a jar and the spices - 1-2 pinches of ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt - by taste and a sprinkle of Demerara crystal brown cane sugar to balance the taste.
Blend with the blender for about a minute and then, while blending, add the oil in a thin stream, until a thick mayonnaise is obtained.
It's ready!
Serve the vegan mayonnaise with chickpea water in a saucer to pour on a salad, potato salad, spaghetti, pasta, roasted potatoes or homemade pizza.
Amazingly delicious!
