"This is how the pros marinate their meat, all we have to do is learn from them."

Ingredients

  • pork - 2 lb (1 kg), of your choice
  • spice mix - 1/2 packet, all - purpose, for barbecue and grill
  • soy sauce - 1 cup
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • black pepper
  • paprika - smoked
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomato juice - 3 tbsp
  • oil
measures

How to make

Pour the honey, pinch of sugar and a little water (2-3 tbsp) in a bowl, put it on the stove for them to heat up and melt. Add the soy sauce, oil, spice mix and tomato juice (optional, although it's hardly noticeable).

Stir well and remove from the stove. Don't let it come to a boil though - just warm it.

Then add the pork with the onion, cut into strips and the garlic, cut into pieces. Stir well and cover with foil.

After 30 min. you can bake the meat - the meat flavors quickly thanks to the warm marinade and it doesn't need to sit for several hours beforehand.
