"Delicious vegetable spread for your toast"

Ingredients

  • roasted pumpkin seeds - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • onion - 1 onion (small)
  • soft avocado - 2 pcs.
  • cucumbers - 1/2 pc.
  • olive oil - 1 tsp.
  • dill - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • cherry tomatoes
  • olives

How to make

Put the peeled cucumber, onion, garlic clove and avocado into a bowl. Add the dill and pumpkin seeds, season with salt, black pepper and olive oil.

Blend the vegetables, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Serve the vegan spread with toasted slices of bread.

Garnish it with olives, cherry tomatoes or vegetables of your choice.
