How to make
Put the peeled cucumber, onion, garlic clove and avocado into a bowl. Add the dill and pumpkin seeds, season with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
Blend the vegetables, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Serve the vegan spread with toasted slices of bread.
Garnish it with olives, cherry tomatoes or vegetables of your choice.
