For this sauce you need mild, not too spicy mustard, quality honey (not candied), mayonnaise, light vinegar (preferably apple), freshly ground black pepper and as much salt as you like.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well until you have a smooth mixture.
The sauce is suitable for roasted meats and salads.
The honey mustard sauce can be stored for up to several days in the refrigerator.
