How to make
Clean the sea basses well and make cuts in 4-5 places on both sides. In a bowl whisk the mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, tahini and honey.
Gradually add the olive oil, then the dill. The fish are salted and sprinkled with black pepper. Put lemon pieces on the inside of the basses.
Smear the fish with sauce and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C).
Serve the fish with the remaining sauce and garnish of your choice.
