How to make
Wash the fish fillets and dry them afterwards.
Sprinkle them with salt and set them aside for about 30 minutes in a small baking pan.
Then mix the olive oil and finely chopped garlic and parsley and stir.
Coat the sea bass only with olive oil from this mixture and grill it, until it aquires a golden color.
Once the grilled fish is ready, spread it with the whole parsley mixture.
The grilled sea bass with parsley pesto is very tasty.
