How to cook
The fish is cleaned from the scales and entrails. Do not remove the head.
Wash it well with water and leave it to drain.
The sea bass is seasoned with salt and black pepper both on the outside and on the inside. Spread it with olive oil and leave it aside for at least 30 minutes, so that it can absorb the flavors.
Grill it on a preheated grill on both sides, until it's done.
If necessary, grease the fish with olive oil during baking.
When serving, garnish the grilled fish with a slice of lemon and a glass of your favorite wine.
