How to cook
Clean and wash the sea bass. Put it in a steamer or put the fish in a pot of salted water to boil.
Wait for it to cool and remove its bones. Strain the broth. Peel an onion and finely chop it and clean and grate a carrot.
Fry the onion in oil for a few minutes, then add the carrot. Add the fish broth and the fish itself (cleaned).
Also cut the fresh spices - mint, celery and add lovage and vegetable spice. If necessary, add water.
Flavor with black pepper and lemon. After 10 minutes the fish soup is ready.
