  • sea bass - about 2.6 lb (1.2 kg)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • mint
  • celery
  • lovage
  • black pepper

How to make

Clean and wash the sea bass. Put it in a steamer or put the fish in a pot of salted water to boil.

Wait for it to cool and remove its bones. Strain the broth. Peel an onion and finely chop it and clean and grate a carrot.

Fry the onion in oil for a few minutes, then add the carrot. Add the fish broth and the fish itself (cleaned).
