How to make
Clean the sea bass and fillet it.
Season with salt and leave it for about 20 minutes so that the fish can absorb the salt.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
Line the bottom of a baking tray with baking paper.
Drizzle with olive oil and arrange the fish.
Add the chopped garlic cloves and lemon slices, sprinkle with white pepper powder.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
Reduce the oven temperature, if necessary.
Serve the baked fish fillets with a suitable side dish /potato salad/.
