How to make
Clean the sea bass, remove the fins, make a small cut on the back and put a lump of butter in it.
Season with salt and black pepper and leave it for 60 minutes in the refrigerator.
Clean and cut the vegetables, put them in a bowl and season with soy sauce, lemon juice and rosemary.
Mix them well and also leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Place a piece of baking paper, put half of the vegetables, drizzle a bit of olive oil and wrap them well.
Prepare the other fish in the same way, put them in the baking pan and bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Then unwrap the paper and bake the fish at 430°F (220°C) for 10 minutes.
The baked sea bass in baking paper is very tasty.
