Ingredients

  • sea bass - 2 pcs.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • lemon - 1/2 pc. juice + 2 slices
  • bay leaves - 2 pcs. (crushed into small pieces)
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Clean the fish well, but leave their heads.

Arrange them in a tray.

In a deep bowl, place all of the ingredients we have described above, mash the garlic and crush the bay leaf into small pieces.

Pour arranged sea bass fish on all sides.

This amount of marinade is enough for all of the fish.

Leave them for 1 hour.
