How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into not so thin or thick pieces.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, salt, black pepper, olive oil, mustard and curry.
Arrange the chicken in a fireproof dish and pour the mustard sauce over it evenly. Sprinkle it with flaxseed.
Bake the chicken fillets in mustard sauce at 390°F (200°C) for 40 minutes.
