  • tomato churney - 50 g

How to make

The turkey legs are very well washed.

The skin is removed and they are deboned.

The meat is grinded in a meat grinder.

Add the classic spice for burgers.

The minced meat is kneaded and left for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Once removed from the refrigerator, three balls are formed from the minced meat.

Each ball is flattened into a thin burger pattie.

The patties are baked in a preheated grill pan with a little oil.

Bake them on both sides, until they're ready.

After the minced meat patties are baked, the eggs are baked in the pan and each egg is baked separately without stirring.
