How to make
The ciabatta bread buns are cut into four equal parts, then each one cut in half. Half of the cut bread buns are toasted and spread with mustard.
The chicken meat is cut into julienne strips and fried in a little fat. As soon as they aquire a golden color, they are sprinkled with salt and black pepper (by taste). The finished meat is spread over half of the toasted and spread with mustard bread buns.
Grate cheddar cheese on them.
After that, the bread buns are placed in a heated oven, until the cheese melts.
Add a leaf of iceberg lettuce and a slice of tomato on top of each one. Cover the rest of the baked buns.
Spread half of the sliced ciabatta with beaten caviar and sprinkle with chopped dill.
A piece of smoked salmon and a thin strip of cucumber are placed on top.
The cold sandwiches are covered with the remaining sliced bread halves.
The cold mini birthday sandwiches are ready.
