  • whole grain bread buns - 4
  • turkey meatballs - 4 pcs. x 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • yellow cheese - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.
  • mustard - optional
  • fried onion - 4 tbsp.
  • tomatoes - 2
  • avocado - 1/2
  • lettuce - 1/2
  • parsley - 1/3 bunch
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • oil - for frying
  • potatoes - 1.8 lb (800 g)

How to make

Wash and peel the potatoes. They are cut into a suitable shape for frying. They are washed and strained.

Heat more oil in a saucepan. The potatoes are fried in several portions. Put them in a pot and salt them. The same is repeated with all the potatoes. Cover them with the lid of the pot to keep them warm.

Meanwhile, the rest of the components are prepared. Place the turkey meatballs in a greased baking pan. They are baked. The cheese is cut into thin pieces.
